Changing the Submenu Recordings

1. Press "Chk Msg's"

2. When the Voicemail System answers, dial 0#

3. Enter 1-2-3-4-5-6-#

4. Enter 9 for programming

5. Enter 3 for Automated Attendants

6. Enter 1 for Automated Attendant No. 1 (you can access any submenu from any AA)

7. Press 3 for the Submenus

8. Enter the Submenu Number and #

9. Press 6 to modify

10. Press *# to keep the current Selector Code settings

11. Press 1 to record new message

12. Wait for the Tone, record the new message

13. Press 1 at the end of the message

14. Press 23 to playback the message

15. If the new greeting is OK, press *# to Approve

16. If you need to re-record the message, press 21 and return to step 12
